So you could objectively fix what is wrong. 2. Rise above the blame: It is easy to poke a finger at someone else. What if you fix what is in your hands, and fix that part? 3. Cut down the fluff: The person who deserves your number one honesty is you. Maybe it is time to take the plunge you have been scared to take for the longest time – change your career or take up an entirely different job. However, here is the biggest part: I feel all of this is possible only when you are ready to still your mind and listen to your intuition. Cut through the noises. And look inward. You will find the answer you are looking for.
