How to make the safety process as simple as possible: Here are the tips. When leaders and managers engage in open and transparent conversations with front-line workers regarding safety procedures and processes, they can identify and share the gaps, inefficiencies, and real-time challenges at the field level in current practices. By actively involving all levels of the organization in discussions concerning the safety process and what we can do to simplify the existing process, teams can collectively develop clear and concise guidelines that are easily understood and implemented. Such conversations promote collaboration, accountability, and a shared commitment to workplace safety, ultimately laying the foundation for continuous improvement and preventing mishaps in the workplace. #safety #process #consistency #constructionsafety

Love this! I agree with this and the constant discussions that are more specific. Would love to have the opportunity to pick your brain one of these days on some of our processes and how I see many applications on building demolition missing from discussions that need addressed that the NDA doesn’t really cover outside of basic knowledge. I believe there is a gap that can be brought to close on the industry where CM / GC’s can work witj subs and especially demolition contractors on harmonizing processes with Office and field. I’ve often heard different rumblings throughout my time in demo and especially now, how management or the CM wants to be difficult but I don’t think it should be seen that way. I believe creating processes that are acceptable to the client/ Osha that also provide an positive / energetic response can actually make safety fun. Let’s face it, most demo guys although believe in safety, tend to rag on safetu guys until something drastic happens.
