Even though the data from #Canalys shows a tie between #Vivo and #Xiaomi in shipments, the agency has captioned the news showing Xiaomi as the No. 1 after 6 quarters. The figure taken by them includes Xiaomi and #Poco it says. As per #IDC based on the combined data for Xiaomi and Poco, Xiaomi was already No. 1 in Q1 as it showed an 18.7% share ahead of Samsung at 16.2%. Even if we take the overall data from IDC for 2023, Xiaomi and Poco combined had a share of 17.3% against a 17% share of Samsung. I don't understand why Xiaomi waited for Canalys to announce them as the No. 1 after 6 quarters in Q2 2024, when on the parameters used by Canalys they were already No. 1 as per IDC in 2023 as a whole.😃 Wake up guys. Take the credit due to you. You beat Samsung last year itself. You were the No. 1 in 2023👍 Xiaomi India Samsung India POCO India vivo Mobile India Pvt. Ltd. #Repost Ajay Sharma

Point to ponder Just check out the market share figures of the top 5 brands for the last 4 years. Which brands swung in market shares in high %'s? #Samsung and #Xiaomi. Which brands remained steady? #Vivo and #Oppo. Who lost when Samsung gained? Primarily Xiaomi. Who gained when Samsung lost? Primarily Xiaomi. So who was the real competitor to Samsung till now in India for the last 4 years? Xiaomi. Seems Vivo and Oppo were never on Samsung's radar as competition and/or Vivo and Oppo were immune to Samsung and Xiaomi rally upwards or downwards. Well this is what past data of India shows. Zeroing down on 2023 globally, a Counterpoint report predicts Samsung losing its No. 1 position in 4 markets globally this year. And the brands are primarily #apple, Xiaomi or #Tecno not Vivo or Oppo.

Is This the Samsung India Standard? I’m deeply disappointed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by Samsung India. I recently purchased a brand new Samsung mobile, and with it, I received a watch. The watch’s battery was pathetic, so I requested a replacement. Since then, they have been trying to give me a second-hand watch instead of a proper replacement. The watch I received initially was clearly second-hand – dust particles and no lamination, which Samsung India claims is acceptable for a "new" piece. The mobile's battery is third-class; it doesn’t even last for half the day! To make matters worse, Samsung India has already vanished with my original watch, and every time they return a so-called replacement, it's another second-hand piece. If you want to buy Samsung products, get ready to receive second-hand items at the cost of a new product. It’s clear that Samsung India does not know what customer service is, nor do they understand what product standards should be. As a customer, I expect a level of quality and service that matches the brand’s reputation, especially when Samsung aims to compete with industry giants like Apple. Unfortunately, this experience has fallen far short of those expectations. My appeal: Never buy a Samsung product. Is this really the standard Samsung India holds itself to? It’s time for a change – customers deserve better. #CustomerExperience #SamsungIndia #ConsumerRights #QualityStandards #CustomerService Gautam Sehgal, CA Shubham Minocha RANJIT KUMAR Richa Dewan Malik Sah Gaurav Krishna Amit Bansal Vivek Joshua Aditi Thakur saurabh thakur Sourabh Mittal Samsung Electronics Samsung Electronics America Samsung India samsungmobile Samsung LED samsungmobile Samsung Ads Europe Samsung Semiconductor Samsung Electronics Southeast Asia & Oceania #JongBumPark #SOONCHOI #SANGWONLEE #CHANGHUNCHOI #JONGBUMPARK #GAUTAMSEHGAL

Xiaomi India #SECONDPOST WOIN20231118000065 I am writing this message with deep frustration and disappointment regarding the poor customer service experience I have had with your brand. It seems like you have no sense of how to make customers happy and have only succeeded in making us feel frustrated and deceived. To provide some context, I lodged a complaint on 02/11/2023, and since then, all I have received from your company are false excuses and empty promises. It has been over 1.5 months now, and the only excuse I constantly hear is the unavailability of parts. This is unacceptable. Why can't you simply replace my TV instead of dragging out the repair process? I am left wondering whether we are paying to be taken advantage of and made fools of. This level of disappointment and frustration is not what I expected from a reputed brand. Dear Xiaomi Customer, We are sorry for the delay with your case: WOIN20231118000065. A new update is expected by 15-12-2023. WOIN20231118000065. A new update is expected by 05-01-2024.
