2024 is officially here, and it’s going to be big! We’re already seeing government agencies begin to transition away from legacy IT solutions that can’t support modern, data-heavy services. As we move into the new year, I predict we’ll more shifts as government agencies: 1. Create an IT environment that can support data-driven, digital-first services. 2. Reimagine entire approaches to IT to support emerging technologies like AI. 3. Transition from GovClouds to capabilities that deliver scale, security, and flexibility.
