🎉 Just completed Week 10 of my program! 🚀 This past week was about putting my skills to the test with some hands-on configurations: ⚙️ Auto Scaling Group: I configured an auto-scaling group to ensure my application could handle varying levels of traffic efficiently. This setup allows for automatic scaling of instances based on demand, ensuring high availability and cost-effectiveness. 🔄 Application Load Balancer: I also implemented an application load balancer specifically for the auto-scaling group. This helps to distribute incoming traffic across multiple instances within the group, and route traffic to the healthiest instances. 🌐 VPC and Subnets: Set up a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) with multiple subnets. This included creating public subnets, configuring route tables, and internet gateways to ensure proper network segmentation. AWS discreetly dropped a bombshell late last Friday afternoon that deserves a lot more love than it's currently getting. They've introduced a fantastic functionality that scans your AWS account, compiles a comprehensive list of everything it houses, and guess what? It lets you specify what you want it to whip up as CloudFormation templates ready to deploy and import the resources. Curious to see it in action?
