Some good suggestions apart from having women of color displayed on promotional/ marketing materials, what companies and institutions can actually implement :

Here's dose of reality: It's harder to make it in today's world - especially if you're a woman, and even more so if you're from an underrepresented community.  So with that in mind, have you ever stopped to think about how tough it must be for young Black or Brown girls growing up in today's polarized society?  It's a real challenge, but it's up to us to make a difference by equipping them with the essential skills they need to thrive and reach those executive-level positions in the future. So, how do we go about it? First, we need to ensure that girls see themselves as part of the narrative. Representation is key! When they see powerful women who look like them on the big screen, on TV, in books, and in social media, it sparks something within. It makes their dreams feel not only real but totally achievable. Next, we need to give them real-life role models. There's nothing quite like seeing a woman in action and having the chance to connect with her.  And you could be the one to make it happen. If you're a woman in business, you have the power to make a real impact by reaching back and paving the way for others. Consider volunteering your time as a mentor or creating informative videos to share your experiences. You'll be opening doors for young women who may have never even considered your field of work. Here's the bottom line: The voice you have right now has the power to make things better for others. And that impact will snowball, making a difference in the lives of future generations.   So let's lend a helping hand and empower today's girls to become the incredible leaders of tomorrow. On this special Women's History Day, I'm savoring the tapestry of my journey, woven with threads of resilience and warmth.
