𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: In the role of a Corporate Health Plan Specialist, you will be the face of the company with corporate customers. You will be the brand ambassador. Your goal is to make the prospect one of the best health and wellness benefit provider among their competitors. You will identify opportunities, connect with prospects, understand their needs, and define custom solutions for IPD and OPD healthcare plans. You will work with our engineering, medical, operations, and our partners to create the right health plan and close the sale. You will contribute to the sales and delivery strategy, plans, and targets and help shape the products and services we offer in the market. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: 👉 You will own and manage specific accounts. Both before sales and after, you will be the responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships. 👉 Thinking for them, you will help develop new solutions, price discounts, and innovative product and service positioning with them and within their organization. 👉 In short you will be the “go-to” person for the account’s employee health and wellness needs.
