Good opportunity

Here’s what I discovered yesterday from the managers in my NADA Academy class. They all agreed that increasing showroom traffic is necessary and everyone needs more car deals. It’s getting tougher. They agreed inbound calls, outbound to sold clientele, lease loyalty, service appointments, trade appraisals, declined work were all low-hanging fruit. Most said they are not training enough on these calls. But why, I ask? Doors not swinging. In market buyers are calling. Targeted sold customers need a car soon! Going after 2-4 year old cars, 60k+, out of warranty, in a high interest rate - let’s do thissss! How many cars did your store sell in the last 4 years?😏 LEADS! Problem is people need new tactics, new approaches to calls and engagement, they need a coach!
