Hey, Jeff, how's it going? Good morning. It's going good. Yeah, yeah. So today do you wanna touch upon some key factors that you think is important and necessary for us to maintain long term relationships with our clients, especially in such a volatile industry? We are like construction, we have long time from projects and we need to make sure that. Everyone is on the same page and keep everything intact. So what do you think about this? Yeah, no, that's a great topic. I mean, the big thing for us, we do a lot of our work is repeat or word of mouth. So customer relationships are very important to us. Our niche markets being car dealerships and tilt up buildings, some commercial buildings as well. So we do have clients in each of those markets. But the big thing for me is the communication side of things. So it is construction. There's going to be challenges, there's going to be hiccups. Being in front of those, communicating those with our clients and a collaborative approach to dealing with some of the challenges, I think is key. No one likes surprises and especially more so when surprises cost money. So I'd say the big key part is that communication on it, the other side with our scheduling and following through on things that we say we're going to do. So not misleading, if there's something we can do, we will do it and we'll do it in the best ability. But if there are things that we can't do, we won't will not mislead and say we can and then find out the hard way that things aren't going to go. So I guess the other side of it is sort of that work balance. So we want to make sure that our clients are looked after. We want to make sure the employees don't have too much work on their plate. Obviously, if people have too much to do a little bit of work, burnout might happen. Projects start not getting the attention they need and then clients aren't so happy. So we want to make sure that we have a good balance of work. And then we have enough personnel ready to work and deal with our clients when they need us. I mean, we touch on our core values a little bit, being accountable. So doing what we say we're gonna do, but then also being reliable. So someone that they can trust and and we will get them through. If there are challenges, we will work together, we'll get through them. We'll persevere, we'll get the project done. I know some people don't realize, you know, construction project, the physical construction side might take, you know, six to seven, eight months for some of the. The more simple projects, but you have to appreciate that we've been working with that client probably 1-2, three years prior to that. Obviously, some clients we've been working with for the last 35, almost 40 years, just as long as the company's been around, which I think it's pretty cool to have that transition of clients that work with my father that are now working with myself. And our team here at Ram speaks highly on how we treat our customers. Yeah, awesome. Thank you so much. OK. Thank you.

Avoid assumptions about the outcome, engage with all stakeholders, and encourage open, constructive dialogue. 2. 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭- Practice active listening and provide well-thought-out, practical solutions. Clear and effective communication is the backbone of project success. 3. 𝐆𝐞𝐭 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠- Ensure all agreements, changes, and commitments are documented. Written records help maintain accountability, avoid misunderstandings, and align all parties. 4. Keep clients and partners informed with clear timelines for follow-up. 6. 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲- Own both successes and mistakes. Acknowledge errors openly, learn from them, and implement improvements. 7.
