This is very important aspect but unfortunately I witnessed in organizations where there serious misunderstanding and communication gaps regarding products they are dealing with. Ultimately, this ignorance and inability leads towards lot of issues that ends with unsatisfied customers and all the stakeholders. Understanding your products is relatively a low hanging fruit, but the benefits are high end impacting both top and bottom line results. Thanks Ramez Helou for highlighting and stressing on this very important point of concern needs to be improved.
