Facing the challenges of a demanding profession, she realised the need for a change—a change not only in her uniform size but in her overall well-being. Just 3 weeks ago Nicola's work uniform felt tight and uncomfortable. The long shifts, caring for others, and the daily hustle took a toll on her own health. Determined to make a difference, Nicola decided it was time to prioritise herself. She started by making small, consistent changes to her daily routine—opting for nourishing meals, staying active whenever possible, and ensuring she took moments for herself amidst her busy schedule. But Nicola didn't stop there. Recognising the importance of her own goals and needs, she made significant life changes and there came a new job just a few weeks ago! She now has a better work life balance, time for regular exercise, embraced a more balanced approach to nutrition, and most importantly, learned to say 'yes' to her own well-being.
