#breaking80 #CintasPresidentsClub #numbersgame Life is a numbers game… When I started focusing on the metrics of golf (fairways, greens, putts, and % of up/downs) I started BREAKING 80 … 6 out of the last 10 rounds (4 different courses) have been in the 70’s. Life is a numbers game… you can CRUSH your sales numbers or Break 100,90,or 80 on the course…when you focus on the numbers! Golf or a Sales Goal … it’s about the numbers! Start focusing on the metrics of life… it’s always about the numbers… LIFE IS JUST A MATH PROBLEM! (# of presentations, closing ratio, account size, and # of calls) (Fairways, greens, putts, saves) … know your numbers and NEVER miss a sales quota or chance to break your life’s barriers. Nobody wakes up to be average be AWESOME 😎! #golflife #salesdog SalesDog

Small Wins Lead to Big Gains Golf is a game of patience and persistence. It's not about hitting every shot perfectly—it's about finding those small wins that build your confidence and improve your game. Focus on progress: Hit one clean shot today? That’s a win. Mastered a new drill? You’re growing. Stayed calm after a tough hole? You’re improving. Each small step forward adds up to big results over time. Celebrate the little victories, and the big ones will follow. What’s one small win you’ve had recently on the course or range? Share it below—I’d love to hear it! #GolfMotivation #PracticeWithPurpose #GolfJourney #SMRTGolf

Losing over $250k in a round of golf! Compound interest is an amazing phenomenon. (until it’s not!) Let’s play a quick round of golf. $1 a hole sound pretty good? Double or nothing each hole? You up for it? OK. Done! I’ll warn you, I’m rusty, but was pretty good back in the day. After shaking the dust off on the range I school you over the front nine. As we head in to the clubhouse to refresh our frosty beverages The scorecard breaks down like this: Hole 1: $1 Hole 2: $2 Hole 3: $4 Hole 4: $8 Hole 5: $16 Hole 6: $32 Hole 7: $64 Hole 8: $128 Hole 9: $256 Couple hundred bucks down. Painful…but you’re a high roller. Still up for the back nine? How bad could it get? Another $250? Let’s go! Next 3 holes don’t get any better. Hole 10: $512 Hole 11: $1,024 Hole 12: $2,048 Damn. Is it getting hot out here? I see some sweat on your forehead. In for a penny, in for a pound as they say. Next 3 holes…I think you’re getting the yips Hole 13: $4,096 Hole 14: $8,192 Hole 15: $16,384 We might need to rethink this? You’re not backing out on me now are you? C’mon man. Let’s see this through. This is where it gets really interesting. Hole 16: $32,768 Hole 17: $65,536 That’s over $131k all-in so far. Yikes! Final hole is now worth $131,072 Did you bring $262,144? Maybe a wire? How about I skip 18 and you catch the beers? Moral of the story: Stay in the fight for the long-term What may feel like small wins on these early holes Will really add up at the end Don’t bail early!

Golfers, Sellers, and the Multi-Billion Dollar Question: Are We Really Improving? Part 1 In 2023, wholesale golf equipment sales hit $3.81 billion. The average handicap improvement? A mere 0.075 strokes. The sales training industry is a $70 billion behemoth. Yet, 3 out of 4 sellers still struggle with effective discovery. What gives? We certainly don’t lack new golf equipment that promise to help us “hit it longer and straighter.” We’re not short on new sales training programs claiming to boost our sales effectiveness. But what we are short on is meaningful, measurable improvement—in both golf and sales execution. The problem? We’re throwing money at promises instead of solving for execution. What if, instead of another club or another training program, we invested in: - Learning experiences that change behaviors. - Practicing the skills where it counts: Playing golf on the course. Selling in front of your customers. This is not the popular opinion. It’s not the easy sell. But the stats don’t lie: Money (and the new thing) alone isn’t driving improvement. So, for 2025, how about a new approach to real improvement? Let’s make this the year we actually solve for execution. I can help. Let’s talk about how. #sales #salescoaching #breakthecycle

5 Secrets of Golf (Only for Advanced players) 1. Get 9 out of 10 solid strikes on the ball with all your clubs(Normally achieved with a swing down from the vertical). If not - Thepn you must start aiming left or right accordingly 3. You are allowed a full back swing only if you are on the Tee with your Driver or 3 or 5 Wood. 4. Any chip less than 3 ft off the edge only use a patter or a 7 Iron 5. Putting: (a) Down Hill Putt-try 12 inches short (b) Up Hill Putts -/try 17 inches beyond the hole 6. Full follow-through till your club hits your back (for all clubs and all swings) 7. Never look at the ball after you have hit it (it is the Caddy's job to do that) 8. It isn’t enough… Hitting the practice green to roll a few putts before your round. You’re probably hitting 250-350% more putts than drivers on the golf course. ✅ But yet our relationship with practice is often dominated by something other than putting. 🤔 #golf #golflife #bestadvice #marketing #sales #personalbranding #personaldevelopment
