These days not much is stable, and nothing is guaranteed. At Hall Jacobs we’ve made our mark dealing in what we know and what we can control. What we know is that our Institutional Programmatic Equity Sources are actively seeking High Quality opportunities around the US. Single Check Sizes from $2M to $45M comprised of Participating Preferred or LP. Co-GP and JV Single Checks may be substantially larger. Product Focus is on MF/MF Mixed Use, Garden Style or Infill, Build to Rent SFP/Townhomes, Self-Storage, Hospitality and Retail. New Construction and Value Add. New Construction must be near moving dirt with exceptions for Co-GP and JV pre-development and participating. Preferred up to 80% of Equity above the Senior, LP up to 90% of Equity above the Senior. Co-GP and JV up to 99% of Equity above the Senior with Fund as Guarantor of Senior if necessary.
