How are human capital leaders at forward-thinking organizations reshaping the world of work? I’m excited to hear first-hand insights this week at Randstad Enterprise 2024 re:imagine talent summit in NYC from October 1-3. This inaugural event is something I have been looking forward to for some time. Not only is it a forum for our guests to share and exchange ideas, discuss challenges and reframe solutions, but re:imagine also provides a collective view of how human capital leaders are adapting their strategy for major disruptions such as generative AI in the workplace, creating stand-out talent experiences, accelerating the skills-based revolution and realizing the benefits of nurturing human potential. Leading human capital leaders will also be on stage to voice their views and ambitions, alongside executives from partner organizations such as Made By Dyslexia, Blind Institute of Technology and Inclusively. We’ll discuss how to enhance access to talent by considering great people that organizations often overlook. These sessions will be accompanied by two days of practical workshops to prepare participants for an exciting 2025. I’ll have more to share later this week, but you can be sure it will be an amazing few days of discovery and enlightenment. #FutureofWork #WorkforceExcellence #TalentTrends
