Govt gives private players to boost medical emergencies at various private hospitals but under the cover of Accreditation Paras Health at #Srinagar is cornered on mismanagement of patient care and exorbitant rates which prevail nowhere else. I have already raised a medical query as how we can leave one right side old Stent in Kidney when two new kidney stents have been inserted ,my patient is facing issues by presence of 3 Stents for 2 kidneys.?. Dr.Dharminder Nagar,Owner Paras Health was reached but nothing was done. Yesterday on 17/08/2024 I was shocked to know that they charge 120% more on medicine as compared to prevailing rates. One antibiotics vial having MRP 6808 was billed on MRP but on the same day from the same company,i purchased the vial for just Rs 550. What a mockery. They are supposed to check Fewer on their own but they charge Rs. 1200 for getting reading from an ordinary thermometer and hand over the thermometer to the patient when the same device is available at Rs 100 in the market. Doctors with Goldmedalist MD degree charge only Rs 5 from poor patients. In today's world where doctors are literally looting the poor, common people. But Dr. Shankar Gowdar is a god to many.
