Advocate Akhilesh Srivastava presented evidence of deep potholes to the bench. The photographs showed dangerous road conditions affecting daily commute. Moreover, videos revealed potholes reaching depths of 2.5 feet. Critical Infrastructure The highway connects three states – Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal. Meanwhile, several villages face isolation during monsoons. Furthermore, local residents struggle with transportation challenges since 2018. “This route is vital for regional development,” remarked a legal expert. However, the road’s condition continues to worsen each year. Legal Proceedings The Chief Justice’s bench demanded immediate responses from authorities. More the choices given to us, more the scope for us to be independent. #Article370 removed by central BJP authority originally gave choices to Kashmir constitutionally speaking, the power which abrogation took away from it. BJP government is against the choices #ConstitutionofIndia gives to its people. Under BJP we are forced to accept the choice made by it for the country, its people. What change Removal of #Article370 brought in Kashmir when we can still hear about soldiers killed in it from attacks waged against it from across the border? Playing a role in this are informers living inside Kashmir helping neighbouring country and its attacking our territory driven by greed, lure of financial and other natures. Abrogation of the article besides changing many a thing, could not bring a change in people and their attitude living in Kashmir. Considering different types of people living in Kashmir their different outlooks that #Article370 was included in the constitution to give choices to people living in it to choose from. The choices explained well enough in old books of #politicalscience people having studied them and believing in them and still standing by them.
