Rapido's security is a joke! My email & name are being used by someone else to book rides, and keep getting invoices for trips never took. Rapido doesn't even verify emails before login! Been raising this issue for days- ZERO response.Thinking of legal action. Pathetic service! @rapidobikeapp, fix this! #Rapido #SecurityBreach #PatheticService

Good morning, today I saw an awesome trick by rapido captain at 9.17 Am in chennai, auto no TN05CS6624 in rapido and auto no TN05J2732 in OLA, same driver name coming , same location, unfortunately both travel requests are accepted by the same driver , position was the same, but the platform was different. However he accepted only a larger amount of booking and made me wait for 25 min where the distance was 2 min, however I kept another vehicle. as I checked the driver name in m parivahan, both names are different, then how online platforms are giving them online access to book tide......

Rapido you are a horrible company. You cheat customers by increasing the rate mid ride. And you refund the money in rapido wallet which is of no use to use because i don’t take bike ride or parcel delivery. And then you except me to share my personal data to such a fraud company. #fraud #cheater

My last ride was not the worst only because your captain was rude but also due to the Loss of Pay of today's salary due to the captain. He just listened to the code and left without taking me. This caused late arrival in my office. And this delay could have been avoided even if I walked to my office. Then he started getting angry how dare you to jump off the ride. I don't understand how can I jump off the ride in middle without his knowledge. But he and may be your customer support may have bigger brain to understand all this. Now he took me after I covered ore than 30% of the distance. How pathetic are your captain and even your customer support which just say this will not be repeated again. Am I availing your service to be late? I should move to the court for the behaviour and compensation of my loss.  So be ready for the action.

Hello Rapido..why does the customer have to pay the cancellation fee if the rider is not moving towards the customer and not attending the calls??? Ur senior executive has said that it is the company's policy... What do you think???
