The platform is designed to help retailers reduce product returns by encouraging shoppers to make more informed and sustainable purchasing decisions. The oversubscribed funding round was led by CapitalT, with participation from H&M Group Ventures and strategic angel investors. eComID plans to use the investment to enhance its platform and make it available to more brands, aiming to reshape the online shopping experience and lessen its environmental impact.
