I know you all think: My hair isn't right, and the label I'm attaching is a little too down to the right... I try every time, but I can guarantee it's one of the most difficult jobs I've ever done. Labeling the DGR crates for a shipment in the airport while offloading the truck, and at the same time ensuring the crates have the correct information for a smooth delivery at the destination gets to me. I recognize that. For this reason, from now on, DIY is done for me, and I will send Paul to handle all this job at the airport. I'm the boss, come on... When do you see the boss doing all those jobs that I presume I'm always doing? Here. I'm not going to lie, I do as much as I can. And I think I will keep doing it because I enjoy it. Even if the label is a little bit to the right. But i can tell you later on i put it right 😎. BTW, airport DGR inspection approved - DONE. Let's go!!!! #motorsport #logistics #motorsportlogistics #events #sportslogistics #eventslogitics #f1 #fe #gt #wrc #motogp #dakar #logisticsguru #racing #sail

Did you know that under a “normal” passenger plane, various types of cargo are loaded, including items like racing cars, parts, and motorbikes, as long as they are not too dangerous? Again I traveled with the same cargo we were shipping for our clients. When the event is big enough and cargo is quite big to handle. This demonstrates how quickly goods can be shipped from point A to point B. Day 1: The cargo is loaded at the client’s warehouse and delivered to the airport. Customs and paperwork are completed. Day 2: The cargo flies out along with me—cargo in the cargo compartment and me in Economy class😒. For a 12-hour flight, it’s quite a pain in the neck.👴 Day 3: The cargo arrives, and we handle customs. And get pulled out of the airport. Day 4: Final delivery to the event. I help with offloading and ensuring everything runs smoothly. In some countries overseas, you can’t take risks. After shaking hands with everyone, we start preparing for the outbound journey.😅 Cargo on a commercial plane must be under 160 cm high to fit in the lower compartment, and there are many DGR restrictions nowadays. Batteries, fuel, and other hazardous materials can’t fly on passenger planes and must go on cargo only planes or even seafreight! This is how we play here in R&C Sports Events Logistics Personal Note: we need work on business class for the next one. But we can’t, as we have the most competitive rates in the industry. So maybe I keep this for my vacation 🤔. Just remembered this year we go on camper…you know kids love those things. 😒 #YOURJOBOURPASSION #logistics #automotive #motorsport #racing #sail #events #automotivelogistics #motorsportlogistics #f1 #wrc #wec #dakar #motogp #gt #f2 #f3 #fe #eventslogistics

Planning your own business trips isn’t always easy. Last-minute changes, constantly on the go, meetings here and there, long car rides, and your phone never stops buzzing. Just arrived at the airport and realized I didn’t have dinner last night or breakfast this morning 😅🤦♂️. But no worries, I’ll upgrade myself to the VIP lounge to grab a proper meal and rest before the flight. The past two months have been our busiest yet—arranging tons of last-minute shipments and events. It’s hectic, but I love it 200%. The busier the schedule, the more I thrive. The hustle, the process, and most importantly, seeing our clients happy because we always get the job done, no matter what! And yes, you’re right—my nose does lean a bit to the right. Big crash as a kid, and it stayed like this ever since. Now, it’s become a symbol and part of who I am. I actually find it pretty funny! 👃🤣 #hustle #logistics #motorsport #carlogisitcs #motorsportlogisitcs #transports #events #eventslogistics #racing #sailing #F1 #FE #motogp #wec #wrc #dakar #e1 #gt #automotive

The pit stop… Did you ever wonder why a F1 car stops at the pit stop? Is it optional? Well F1 car needs pit stops for many reasons such as refueling, maintenance checks, tire changes etc. Why am I telling this to you? From our busy routine stopping and taking a break for a while is just like stopping at the pit stop in a high performance life. Now I am not asking you to take a 30 days annual leave. This could even be a short breather you take during the day, a long drive at the end of the day or a family dinner at the end of week. When you switch off for a while it allows you to come back even stronger faster and much more productive. #dubai #uae #education #rejuvenate #productivity

Our Proudback travellers get to take ownership of ‘79 series Land Cruiser for duration of our tours… What does that mean? Here are some of the questions we've received: ❓Are the vehicles automatic or manual? ✅Our vehicles have manual transmissions to ensure you have the finest and most direct off-road driving experience. A valid driver's licence is required to operate the vehicles. ❓If my partner doesn't know how to / want to drive, will that be a problem? ✅Not at all; however, we need to provide an extra driver in case of emergencies. But please note that on some days, we drive relatively long distances due to the vastness of Australia, so if there is more than one driver in your vehicle, it's nice to be able to share the load. ❓What happens if I have a mechanical issue with my vehicle? ✅All vehicles are designed for off-road travel and accessorised to ensure peak performance and maximum comfort. We also travel with replacement parts and the necessary tools required to repair our vehicles in case of a breakdown. #toyota #landcruiser #FAQ #Proudback
