We all know the power of a good review. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ And as tempting as it can be to close the books on open enrollment as soon as your last employee selects their benefits for the year, there’s still one more thing on your to-do list: sending a follow-up survey. After all, collecting feedback from your employees about what went well and what could improve is the key to making sure your benefits programs are successful for years to come.
