2025 FERRARI 12Cilindri SPIDER The 12Cilindri is all-new for the 2025 model year, serving as a replacement for the 812 Superfast coupe and 812GTS convertible. As the 12Cilindri’s name would suggest, the Ferrari coupe is powered by a naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V-12, a version of the engine found in the 12Cilindri’s predecessor, the 812, as well as Ferrari’s Purosangue SUV. In the 12Cilindri, the 12-cylinder motor revs to a shrieking 9500 rpm and delivers 819 horsepower and 500 pound-feet of torque. An eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission sends that power to the rear wheels. Ferrari has also implemented a new Aspirated Torque Shaping system that uses software that it claims optimizes the torque output in third and fourth gear for more gusto in the bottom and middle of the rpm range. The 12Cilindri also comes with rear-wheel steering to improve low-speed maneuverability and high-speed stability. The 12Cilindri is offered as both a coupe and a convertible, but you can’t go wrong either way. 0 - 60 MPH in 2.9 Second and Reach 124 mph from a standstill in less than 7.9 seconds. Ferrari also estimates the top speed at over 211 mph. INTERIOR, COMFORT, AND CARGO The 12Cilindri’s cabin looks far more modern than that of the 812 that it replaces, with a trio of screens and a “dual-cockpit” layout that envelopes the driver and passenger into their own pods, similar to the Purosangue SUV. Very few manual controls remain, save for the gear selector and drive-mode selector. Ferrari says the two-seater’s head- and legroom are unchanged from the 812, which had a comfortable if not overly spacious cabin. The materials look to be of equally high quality, and Ferrari says it has used some sustainable materials, such as Alcantara containing 65 percent recycled polyester. While the coupe features a tinted glass roof, the Spider model will stow its canvas top in 14 seconds to open the cabin up to the fresh air. Yesterday, by invitation only, a crowd of car lovers had the chance to get a view on the new Ferrari #12Cilindri, Type F167. Presented underground in a build tunnel of the Berlin Subway but never used. It was an excellent show full of live music, networking, "Benzingespräche" et al. Managed by the general manager of Ferrari Berlin, Martin Sureck and his team. Well done guys!! What a party!! The car is a two-seater frond-mid-engine, rear wheel-drive grand tourer with a V12 naturally aspirated engine with 830 horse power. Unbelievable 9.500 rpm. No turbo, no electrification. The V12 is a evolution of the iconic F140 dating back to the Enzo. The design is a tribute of the Ferrari 365 GTB/4 Daytona with the black band on the hood. Some are saying it looks a bit like a Corvette. Well. And now if you think you need a 12Cilindri, go and beg for it. Some cars turn heads, others command your attention - and few cars command that attention quite like the McLaren F1! The McLaren F1 has reached mythic status in automotive history. It is the brainchild of Gordon Murray, with design help from Peter Stevens. A car built to ignite every sense while behind the wheel. It set a production car top speed record of 240.1mph at the time and on the track, it took home the coveted win at Le Mans in dominating fashion. Each example is inherently special in its own right. However, a handful of them raise the bar even higher. This is one of them. What you see here is chassis 018. In 2000-2001, 018 was sent back to McLaren's MSO to get a substantial upgrade/refit. At this time, the High Downforce Kit (HDK) was installed, making it one of only 9 road cars to receive this upgrade. The finish was changed from Midnight Blue Pearl, to Platinum Silver Metallic. A full GT-spec interior was fitted, with the Black Leather being re-trimmed to a Cream with Beige and Brown Leather. Many other creature comforts were added as well. Though what makes this chassis even more special, is the fact it is only one of two road examples that was given the LM-Spec 680hp engine (the other example being chassis 073). The same engine was was present in the GTR race car as well, but unrestricted to produce more power. Truly phenomenal. Chassis 018 was originally delivered to a customer in Japan, but eventually found itself in the hands of New Zealander Andrew Bagnall. He owned it for over a decade, until it was sold for $19.8 million at the Sotheby's Auctions in 2019. Today, 018 would fetch much higher.
