Someone asked earlier, but how do you weigh the pros/cons of full-time employees vs contractors and fractional professionals?
Sorry I joined late. What are the best sources to locate opportunities. I've done a lot of work over my career in statistics, AI, Voice, Robotics and my Math Degree provides a solid background to understand many of the AI tools. Have also taught classes on AI - undergrad, workshops - and Organized, launched and spoke at full 3d conference.
Q: there was a comment earlier that people who are able to translate the technical are in demand, like those with management consulting experience. Can you please share how those with management consulting, and no technical experience, can position themselves better in this AI job market?
Would love to hear your opinions about the full time employee vs. working with external SME / domain specific consultants?
AI is growing so fast and I think soon or later there would be a lot of misalignment with what actually in the ground and optimization processes. most organisations are chasing implementation of IA in a rush pace. How do we implement IA within an organization without destabilizing the actual operations?
