Here we are now 2024 in a post covid world and remote work hasn’t just become the expectation - it’s actually non-negotiable for most. But…the kind of magic we want to conjure with our early sales team just can’t happen remotely. We recognize that limits our talent pool to our region and who is willing to relocate. For me, it was a no brainer. I always say I would have walked to Arizona for the role of founding AE at AudiencePlus. I get to drive past beautiful Papago Park every morning to go into one of the coolest buildings in downtown Phoenix. Completely outfitted with a full fledged film studio. With beautiful open space and natural light. Working together in real life encourages those impromptu whiteboard sessions where ideas just click, or quickly bouncing thoughts off each other instead of typing out a message on Slack and waiting. It's these unscripted, real moments that truly fuel innovation and team spirit. We’re looking for someone who can get excited about this – being part of an epic story from the early chapters, where your contributions shape the journey right from the start. When our office expands to multiple floors…multiple cities…you can say “I was there when…” I worked for a completely distributed team for many years…long before it was even a thing…now that I am back in an office…I gotta say I don’t miss it.
