Regal splendour meets functional luxury in the realm of high-end hospitality spaces in this clubhouse. The exteriors are defined by a sequence of multiple light-filled volumes that weave a narrative of high-end luxury with functionality. The entrance is accessed from a landscaped court, in the form of a garden, through tiered planters, stairs and pots, finishing at a wooden deck, a place which weaves it with the plinth. The foyer strikes a visual connection which winds through multiple courtyards and living spaces. It is a place that stands out for its marvellous flowerbeds, gardens, beaches and sea, a true ex-libris of the city’s Atlantic front. There you’ll find numerous stately, century-old buildings from the neo-Gothic era, including luxurious palaces set in estates with an unrivalled landscape heritage. Architecture The architectural design of the building is the responsibility of the architects Pedra Liquida and the construction is the responsibility of the builder Sá Machado, finalised by the company Alfa Atlantica. The architectural plans show the enormous functionality in the living space generated by the building, with light benefiting from the 2 fronts and solar orientation, privacy in the private areas of the rooms and comfort and excellence in the organisation of the common areas. In addition, the building has constructive solutions of the highest quality, both in terms of cladding materials and the nature of the construction and equipment that make it up. The Lake Como Villa renovation is nothing short of a masterpiece. This stunning 700 sqm residence by Studio HJM (Hajime Miyajima and Loana Goldschmidt) is a perfect blend of timeless elegance and bold contemporary design. Every corner, every detail, has been crafted to create an environment that feels both classic and modern, seamlessly integrated into the breathtaking landscape of Lake Como. What truly captures my admiration are the flush-to-the-wall designer doors—an embodiment of the art of simplicity. These doors don’t just close off spaces; they disappear into the wall, creating an uninterrupted flow of light and air. When they open, they reveal new worlds, transforming the room as if by magic, and allowing the architecture to tell its own story. It’s a perfect example of how innovation and elegance can work together to redefine luxury. This villa is more than just a home—it’s a living example of the style we bring to life at LINVISIBILE. It’s a testament to the bespoke, Made-in-Italy design philosophy we champion across Europe and beyond: luxury that doesn’t just fill space, but elevates it. A fusion of craftsmanship, vision, and innovation, where each element—like the doors—becomes a work of art in itself. While the exterior architecture of Villa Ferdinand reflects a more traditional Mediterranean style, the interior, that I'm currently working on, embraces the Spanish Colonial style, with dominant the mustard beige color on walls. The finish of the interior walls is traditional Spanish stucco with detailed structure. Spain, in its tradition, is a country where people seem to be more expressive emotionally, and that's why a colorful palette while designing an interior is a great choice, as it reflects the tradition, especially if the owner of the house wants to retain this tradition. In Marbella, there're architects and real estate companies that keep the tradition on the properties they design and sell. This is something to be proud of, because Marbella's real estate has been infuenced from the modernity and contemporary design, yet the tradition is not lost, in the opposite, is kept and enhanced with bright tones of luxury.
