.... In developing these strategies, we must also be wary of the idea of homogenisation. Inclusion should strive to change the lives, ideas, and mind of everyone to embrace differences, to acknowledge the complex "lived experiences" of humans,of people and that difference is beautiful. Being a museum professional should be a privilege. So, it is important we acknowledge our position for what it is, and the power that we hold because of that. There will always be blindspots. All of us have our blindspots. But, by doing this practice of acknowledging and building awareness of our own selves, we can the build awareness in the projects we are developing. #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma #inclusivity #museums

Adapting to circumstances really help to stay on course.
Remember that unforgettable Michael Jackson concert moment in Seoul? A fan unexpectedly climbed onto his crane while he sang the Earth Song. MJ didn't miss a beat; he held onto the fan so that the latter wouldn’t fall, and kept singing until security intervened. It's a powerful lesson for public speaking. No matter how much we prepare, glitches happen: tech malfunctions, distracted audiences, or missed points. But the key? Embrace adaptability and commitment. In the spotlight, things may not go as planned. Instead of getting flustered, take cues from the room, adapt your message, and keep moving forward. Imperfection doesn't derail great speakers; it's a chance to shine brighter by staying adaptable and committed to your message. Stay poised, adapt, and keep the show going. 🎤✨ #PublicSpeaking #Adaptability #EmbraceImperfection

In the past 20 days, @haoma worgu has been guiding me and others, (cohort 15) through a process of how one can grow on LinkedIn. I I have been able to record a modest growth over same period. I now understand that for one to grow on LinkedIn, you have to be consistent and authentic. As the challenge is ending today, I will summon the will to apply what was learnt going forward. #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma #museums #inclusivity #copywriter
