As I complete my 4th-year milestone at Razorpay, I’m filled with excitement reflecting on my journey! Starting as a Solution Consultant for BFSI merchants, I discovered my passion for building solutions. Transitioning to a Product Manager, and for card payments at that, was a game-changer. 🚀 Diving into product development, I embraced the challenge of understanding the intricacies of card payments. Being part of Razorpay's talented product pool has been professionally enriching and a testament to a supportive community. 🌟 Leading innovations in card payments and collaborating with card networks, banks, and regulators to enhance cardholder security in line with RBI standards has been thrilling. ⚡️ A recent RBI regulation introduced Alternate ID (Alt ID) for guest checkout payments. To enhance security, card details are replaced with an Alt ID, generated only by card networks and/or issuers. This change drastically reduces the risk of exposing sensitive data, ensuring safer transactions for cardholders. 🤝 At Razorpay, we embraced this challenge and implemented this seamlessly across gateway integrations, completing network certifications, and building workarounds on business processes that  heavily relied on the card number- all without disrupting our merchants' transaction processes. With every guest checkout, Razorpay requests and receives the Alt ID and cryptogram from the network to process the transaction securely, simplifying compliance for our merchants  💳 This reinforcement of cardholder privacy and security opens opportunities for new payment solutions, ensuring a safer and more efficient payment ecosystem. Company with ZERO Response to any issue . They do not have time to respond on any mail or chatbot. For last 7 days, my company's transaction of Rs. 10.5 lakh is stuck with just an excuse, that the bank account is not registered. After multiple emails and calls, there has been no response. Is anyone going to help me here from Razorpay. Today, one of your customer executive, said, they have refunded, and we haven't received the amount till yet. We asked for the UTR and still there is no response.

Unfortunately, I have to share my disappointing experience with Razorpay. I have two unresolved tickets that are over 15 days old (Ticket IDs: 11637030, 11570474). Despite numerous follow-ups, no one has responded. Whenever I arrange a callback through the chatbot, I am assured that someone will call within 24 hours regarding the issue, but no one calls. This lack of support is incredibly frustrating and disappointing from a company like Razorpay. I hope this gets addressed soon. Harsh Agarwal ceo@printmine.in +91 8247050393

I have found Razorpay's service to be lacking. They suspended my account, which had been active for two years and had successfully completed all KYC processes, without any apparent reason or prior issues. This has compelled me to look for an alternative payment provider for integration. Based on my experience, I would advise against using Razorpay.
