Company with ZERO Response to any issue . They do not have time to respond on any mail or chatbot. For last 7 days, my company's transaction of Rs. 10.5 lakh is stuck with just an excuse, that the bank account is not registered. After multiple emails and calls, there has been no response. Is anyone going to help me here from Razorpay. Today, one of your customer executive, said, they have refunded, and we haven't received the amount till yet. We asked for the UTR and still there is no response.

You are a scam company which has not released our Rs 59000 and now asking for proof of our employees? Who will share details of employees like that? Will you share your employees details? Your representative did the physical verification of our premises on 10/06/2024 but still your site is showing a blocked account, please resolve it on an urgent basis. Our ticket ID is 10874717. All you do is close the tickets and nothing else. UNBLOCK OUR FUNDS. IT'S BEEN OVER 4 MONTHS!!
