1moUnfortunately, I have to share my disappointing experience with Razorpay. I have two unresolved tickets that are over 15 days old (Ticket IDs: 11637030, 11570474). Despite numerous follow-ups, no one has responded. Whenever I arrange a callback through the chatbot, I am assured that someone will call within 24 hours regarding the issue, but no one calls.
