At Craze (YC S22), we're wrapping up the financial year on a high note. Thanks to the power of one word: PERSISTENCE, we've met our weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Our journey from 0 to 1 has been a fun ride, filled with enjoyable moments, challenges, and instances where the odds seemed stacked against us. Reflecting on our journey, a scene from 'The Founder' (2016) resonates deeply. "One word... PERSISTENCE. Nothing in this world can take the place of good old persistence. Talent won't. Nothing's more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius won't. Unrecognized genius is practically a clich. Education won't. Why the world is full of educated fools. Persistence and determination alone are all powerful."

My day at Nth varies depending on projects. I can be helping an SA with a design, installing a new product at a customer site, or helping a customer who has run into an issue and needs help. - What is the best career advice you’ve received? My dad told me several: If you’re on time, you’re late. Never have someone waiting on you to arrive. Always come prepared for the job you are supposed to do. - What do you like to do for fun? BBQ and cook. I love to smoke brisket and pork. - What is your perfect meal? This will surprise a lot of people as most know I love to cook. I like appetizers, Lisa Helsel (Sr. Accountant) knows this from my travel receipts. I just like to snack.
