Looks like a great system! I cannot tell how tall the ladder with the enclosed cage is (whether the change in elevation is beyond 24') but I would appreciate your thought process in installing a caged ladder instead of providing a personal fall arrest system or a ladder safety system. Also, how is fall prevention accomplished at the top of this ladder? Thank you for any insight that you are able to provide!
