What is Radius' take on the NAR settlement?   Starting mid-July, here's what will change:   - You’ll need to start getting buyer broker agreements signed.  - You can’t talk about compensation on the MLS… but you can provide that information anywhere else. - You won’t be required to subscribe to an MLS to transact or receive payment.  - Performing agents are going to flourish, struggling agents are going to continue to struggle. Knowledge is power. The real estate industry is changing so fast, it's a challenge for Realtors to keep up. So, I can only imagine what the seller and buyer maybe thinking. So, I recommend that the seller or buyer, partner with a Realtor that has the tools and the backing of a reputable brokerage that can navigate you through the real estate industry.
