At #COP26, the Glasgow Climate Pact marked a major step in targeting global warming limits of 1.5°C. Nations agreed to phase down coal and finalize the Paris Rulebook, but there were still significant gaps between climate pledges and actual actions. The most pressing concern remained climate finance for vulnerable nations, where commitments fell short.
