3moSuch amazing junior talent out there right now. Let this not be another 2008-2010 talent gap in our industry. Encouraging all RE firms to hire interns/junior level talent where they can! Seek out external training from Training the Street, Wall Street Prep, and Adventures in CRE to support their technical development. Even one year of experience goes so far in helping young talent secure further advancement.
