✅What makes you unique? What is the superpower that you bring to your position at DTFS?
I would say it’s my experience and knowledge in our industry. I have always had this mindset of being open to listen for new things, understanding and learning with no barriers. As a manager, the best thing that I can do to support my team and even the company as a whole is to encourage them to be creative and think outside of the box. Listen for new ideas and build new things without fear of making mistakes.
✅What do you like most about working at DTFS?
I like the fact that technology is one of the cores of our business and how DTFS provides opportunities for employees to be creative and implement their ideas. It’s a great feeling to not only see the collaboration among my colleagues, but also seeing how what we’ve produced has helped our customers and the overall business.
✅What advice would you give to someone just starting at DTFS?
Have an open mindset and understand what is going on inside and outside our company and within the industry so that you can bring those ideas here to be developed. Not copying what somebody's doing outside but understanding and learning from your experiences and determining how can we apply these ideas to our business to help DTFS become even more competitive and efficient.
