Some words of wisdom that I'd like to share with you is, First off, you are capable of doing anything that you want to do in your life. Don't let anybody tell you you can't. You can. So reach for the stars and do what you dream of doing and you will be much happier going you're down your path than what people expect from you. And secondly, my word of wisdom is to take care of yourself. We are all mothers, daughters, wives, bosses. We are going to give 100% to everybody. I fell in that that pitfall where I was giving so much at work, giving to my parents, giving to my kids, being the person who took care of everything. And you know who wasn't being taken care of? Me. And it caught up with me. So I would recommend it's not being selfish to take care of yourself and to put yourself first. It's not being selfish. It's about self love. And you know if you take care of yourself then you are better able to take care of others. But if you don't take care of yourself, you're never going to be at your best. So focus on yourself first. It's not selfish.
