I am excited to share our new brief looking at Google reviews of child care pre- and post-pandemic! Interesting to see what has changed and what has stayed the same. https://lnkd.in/gzsiKvsM
Did the pandemic change what parents look for in child care, and if so, how? To find out, Catherine Richards, Dale (Epstein) Richards, and Weilin Li analyzed over 24,000 Google reviews from 2018/2019 and 2023 and compared reviews from these two periods. Their analysis revealed that staffing and providers’ warmth were the most prevalent topics included in reviews at both points in time. https://lnkd.in/gzsiKvsM
