Mahesh Gupta Cheater of Kent Products Kent RO Systems Ltd. Worst experience. Within 1 year of installation, the RO water filter starts giving problem. Service calls are useless, technicians don’t visit in time and thier senior regional staff misbehaves with customers. Technician will force you to change the equipment at every service call which will cost you minimum of Rs.5000/- it’s just the cartels of technicians and their seniors to make quick money. Never get into trap of their tall promise. All are hands in gloves. Even their senior management don’t listen. Immediate action needs to be taken for cheating and fraudulent state of affairs of Kent RO system. They can hire celebrity for their product but can’t spend on service improvement.

I completely resonate of what is being said below. The challanges faced by Safety officer is very different. Most of the time he is in front line, carefully navigate through Senior leadership, line management and Govt authority, simultaneously He must be vocal on unsafe act / conditions and on system adherence. Safety is novel profession, An safety officer doesn't know in lifetime that how many life's he saved (Actually in most of industries it is a thankless job) This Incident needs detail investigation, and cannot be justified mearly by keeping safety officer arrest. Investigate on system and process adherence which is also core responsible of line leadership and also transparent dialogues with SMC Managment on there focus on safety.
… and SAFETY is a line function ! Yes, we are not shying away from our responsibility as a #safetyofficer whose life is dedicated towards safety & well-being of fellow workmen without any executive, administrative and financial power. This is a job where passion rules the game and a negative news is always round the corner. A salesman can try hard and make up for the losses in the coming days and so can a production guy but safety officer will have to always carry the tag of life losses … and yet, we popularly believe “Safety is a line function” This police action is atrocious and demeaning the #safetyprofessionals and their dedication towards upliftment of working standards in a country where safety remains a luxury because it’s a “cost” #safety #lifesafety #workplacesafety

Today marks 2 weeks since I was impacted by the RIF at Checkr. I have noticed a few things that can be very frustrating for job seekers. The lack of pay and benefits information is a commonly mentioned frustration. Job seekers don't want to waste your time anymore than our own. Imagine seeing what appears to be a perfect fit skills and career wise only to find out it pays less than you can accept plus the cost of benefits is twice what you anticipated. Tied in level of frustration is attempting to make jobs something they are not. I saw a job posting for an "Appearance Technician", "technician" is a key word I have been looking for but it was a truck detailer. The job entailed washing and shampooing carpets in rental box trucks. Not every position is a technician, specialist, or analyst. That's perfectly fine, trucks need detailing and the person who is looking for that job likely missed the posting due to the job title. Office job titles can be clerks or associates and again that is acceptable. Lastly, failing to realize experience can be as useful, if not more so, as a degree. If you aren't specifying a job related degree and accept any degree, why isn't relevant experience acceptable? Is someone with a history degree going to be a better fit for customer service manager than the high school graduate with multiple years in the field and supervisory experience?

Dear Business Owner, That driver in your company. The gateman, security man, cleaner, secretary, dispatch rider, and others. They all form the company structure - treat them as you would yourself. You may be the CEO of a multimillion naira tech company. Still, you will need a mechanic to fix and service your car. That mechanic could also be the CEO of his auto shop. You are the boss in your space, and so are others in theirs. Your position, skills, and achievements are not more important than what others have equally achieved for themselves by their yardsticks. There's nothing "common" about what a cleaner, gateman, security man, or secretary does. Because you do much more doesn't make others common. There are no less important skills, professions, or duties. Respect others and what they do. We all just have different jobs. #Porbenihere #harryporbeni #your_strategist

WORK HARD TO ACQUIRE SKILLS, BUT MAKE SURE TO ACQUIRE THE RIGHT ONES, THEN LIFE WILL BE FUN! No one teachers one, that what one really needs in life! Life can be so hard, but it's fun when one teaches one's self the skills one will be needing! #AcquireSkillsToEnjoyLife #LifeIsFun

This is celebrating all the hardworking men out there. They multitask as a father, husband, mentor, plumber, electrician, bodyguard, etc. Though we start out for ourselves, we end up living for others, and that's the most fulfilling aspect of life. Keep giving, that's what makes you a man.
