While the compensation may differ, I believe that the extensive experience and skills of the seasoned professional would greatly benefit the company. This issue hits close to home for me. With a decade of experience in project management, I've successfully handled multimillion-dollar projects in construction and security infrastructure. However, I find myself being overlooked simply because I lack a specific educational qualification or certification.
