Something I’ve noticed during my visits to hotels and resorts: the most memorable part of a guest’s experience isn’t the fancy rooms or the amenities, it’s the little, invisible things that make everything feel just right. A perfectly made bed shows care. Smooth dinner service is the result of great teamwork. A warm smile from staff isn’t just a greeting, it’s genuine effort to make you feel welcome. Would it be great if our hotel rooms could be sold continuously and the housekeepers could also check which rooms need to be cleaned, so as not to disturb the guests' stay in the hotel? Additionally, it would save on labor costs that we have to pay the staff.
