JUROR #2 Movie. THE MOVIE IS ENTERTAINING FOR WHAT MOVIES ARE FOR BUT JUDICIALLY THE MOVIE DEMEANS THE PRESENT USA LEGAL SYSTEM. PORTRAYING THAT THE JUDICIARY SYSTEM & DUE PROCESS OF THE LAW & EXPENSE & TRUST IN THE JUDICIARY LEGAL SYSTEM WITHIN IT'S CAUCUS THE D.A & STAFF & THE PEOPLE ARE FAR BEYOND UNDERSTANDING OF ANY SITUATION. TO THAT YOU MAY SAY "IF NOT SO TOO MANY WILL USE IT AS AN ADVANTAGE IN OTHER CASES CIRCUMSTANCES OR SITUATIONS." AND I SAY BUT "WHEN ARE WE THE PEOPLE EVER NOT TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ALREADY CONTEMPORARY LEGAL SYSTEM.?" THEREFORE THE BALANCE JUDICIARY EXPENSE & TRUST IS NOTHING MORE THAN IN "GOD WE TRUST." THUS THE DEMEANING IS NOT TRULY THE JUDICIARY CAUCUS OR LEGAL SYSTEM. THE TRUE DEMEANING IS THE COURSE OF THE TRIAL & HIGH/LOWS OF EMOTIONS & THE PEOPLE ATTENDING THE COURT ROOM CASE. SPECIFICALLY FRANKLY THE VICTIM & THE ACCUSED & THE TRUE CULPRIT & BOTH SIDES OF THE FAMILY. THENCE AND I DARE SAY... AN INJUSTICE FOR THE PEOPLE TO OF HAD TO ATTEND JURY DUTY.
Women continue to shatter limits and redefine greatness every single day. Each culture-defining moment this year has fueled an unstoppable movement—one that breaks barriers, changes the rules, and bridges the gap. We know that each win inspires another woman out there—cementing that she, too, is capable of so much more than she even knows. Let’s celebrate these victories, and in 2025, let’s raise the bar even higher!

In order to drive #positivechange, it's OK to be considered 'difficult' by those who prefer the status quo. #inclusiveleadership #resilientcities #sustainablefuture #NatureAndPeoplePositive #diversityequityandinclusion
Jane Goodall - a pioneer of her time and most likely coined a 'difficult woman' because of her strength, resilience, confidence and accolades, some of which made her 'the woman who redefined man'. Here's to difficult women! 🙌🏼 #YesSheCan

Here for the Shine Theory!
More connecting, less competing. I believe in the Shine Theory, which is the idea that when you help another woman rise, we all shine. Whether we’re in the same industry or not, having strong, competent women to lean on and learn from is one of the most beautiful and powerful things about being a woman. Embrace that! It’s more fun over here. 😉

More connecting, less competing. At Women in Digital Switzerland, we wholeheartedly agree with the Shine Theory, which is the idea that when you help another woman rise, we all shine. This concept is one of the pillars of our organization. It's more fun and impactful when we support each other. #WomenSupportingWomen #ShineTheory #WomenInDigitalSwitzerland

Lawyer coaches: If you have ever considered working with me but hesitated, please read Alexandra Slack's post below. Alex had to overcome some doubts to work with me. I understand these doubts, we can all have them. We are both glad she decided to take action anyway! The result for Alex and her coaching practice? More coaching value for Alex's clients, the legal profession, and beyond. When Alex and I started working together, she already had exceptional skills as a coach. Her commitment to continue to develop her coaching competencies (through ICF mentor coaching) gave her an incredible, fun, inspiring, and developmental experience to add to her coaching journey. It also gave her another lawyer coach colleague who is deeply supportive of her and her coaching practice! If you are thinking about working with me but hesitating, then let's talk. My mission is to support the legal profession by supporting the development of its lawyer coaches. I offer both ICF mentor coaching as well as coaching supervision. I work with all kinds of coaches *and* I have a special place in my heart for lawyer coaches.❤️ #lawyercoach #lawyercoaching #coaching #supervision

WHAT IF What if you were determined not to settle for less? What if excellence became your trademark? Imagine allowing yourself to be the unique, authentic YOU—irreplaceable and unapologetically true to your essence. What if you dared to: 1. Join That Project: * Step into the arena, embrace challenges, and contribute your skills. Your participation could ignite positive change and innovation. * Remember, every project you join is an opportunity to learn, grow, and make a difference. 2. Speak Up: * Your voice matters. When you share your thoughts, ideas, and experiences, you empower others to do the same. * Imagine a world where women’s voices are amplified, where their perspectives shape decisions and policies. 3. Take That Extra Course: invest in your knowledge. 4. Rest and Be Grateful: * Rest is not weakness; it’s essential for resilience. Acknowledge your achievements and appreciate what you have. Allow yourself to be vulnerable at times. * Celebrate your wins, no matter how small. And what if this ripple effect extended beyond you? I * Other women wouldn’t be seen as competitors or threats. Instead, they’d form a supportive network. * They’d listen attentively, empathize with your journey, and stand by you during both triumphs and trials. * Unity would replace division, and collaboration would flourish. As each one has something very unique and special to contribute. So, be that link—the bridge that connects women: 🏆 Celebrate their victories. 🌱Uplift their spirits. ✨Share your wisdom. 🔜 Champion their dreams. Women empowerment isn’t a solo journey; it’s a collective ascent. Let’s make a difference. You matter, we matter. #superchargingprogress #findyourspark #wcnamericas #connect
