Most importantly, make sure you listen to them, take back their struggles and concerns and use your collective position to make real world changes.

We put efficiency to the test at the 2024 EMS World Expo by challenging professionals to a 12-lead placement race. Even with a head start for our competitors, the 1-on-1 showdowns were no contest. To push the limits further, we took on 2-on-1 challenges and still emerged victorious. At Bridgestone, we are committed to earning society's trust through our global community engagement efforts. We are dedicated to making significant contributions through strategic initiatives that utilize evidence-based road safety measures, ensuring the highest possible impact of our programs. In 2023, we launched 105 initiatives in 34 countries. Among these, 67 were in partnership with external organizations, with 2,195 employee volunteers participating, ultimately reaching more than 103,000 individuals.   Our journey doesn't end here. We will continue to broaden the scope and enhance the impact of our road safety initiatives under our Bridgestone Global Road Safety Program. Life is a journey.
