As I was going through Kaspi.kz's annual report for 2023, this chart caught my attention. Although, Kaspi is primarily known as a bank, it's actual business strategy is to build a super app that integrates many different services in one platform. Apparently, Kaspi is currently ranked 2nd in world, among all super apps, based on such an important parameter as user engagement.
