I met Roger in 1991 in a meeting in his office at 7:00 am sharp on the Friday after Thanksgiving, where I pitched a company for him to buy. I didn’t get the sale but got a job offer that changed my life. It’s clear he lives his motto: Effort = Results every day. Congratulations Roger on many accolades well earned.

Nobody deserves this more than Roger! His motto was “Effort equals Results” was our creed under his leadership at Detroit Diesel, and we lived it every day!
