What dressage has taught me about international business? As a practitioner of dressage, I have noticed that international business and dressage, though seemingly very far away from each other, share some key elements that are essential for success. In fact, my horse Prince has taught me a lot of things that can be adapted to international business. In dressage, successful communication with the horse demands subtle cues, precise movements, and a deep understanding of the animal's behaviour. Growing as a rider requires time and persistence. And while you need a lot of discipline, it is also great fun. Similarly, good communications, deep understanding of customer needs, long-term partnership and hard work are needed to make your business grow internationally.
