Jeffrey walks through a powerful case study comparing #lithium distribution across pristine and cycled silicon anodes. Check out the full recording in the link below. #siliconanodes #materialsscience #nextgenbatteries
Looking to understand how lithium is distributed in your next-generation battery materials? Curious if you may have lithium plating or another common failure mode? We explored a silicon anode case study in our recent webinar discussing why the Massbox is your go-to solution for effective diagnostics. Interested in the full story? On May 20, at 3 pm EDT (9 pm CEST), don't miss the 4th Bruker NMR Training Webinar of 2024! Join Amy Freund, Ph.D., and Donna Baldisseri, Ph.D., for "Applications using Exchangeable Protons". Learn more & register: https://lnkd.in/dU2U_KWd The speakers will focus on exchanging protons. First, they will cover techniques to eliminate the water signal from the spectrum or the parts of the spectrum needed to better analyze exchanging protons. Then, they will move on to examining experiments designed to exploit saturation transfer and chemical exchange of these protons, gaining insight into biomolecular dynamical properties. #NMRTraining #BrukerNMRTraining #MagneticResonance #webinar #NMRchat #NMR

All of Redox-Flow electrochemical cells are modular build with the same fundamental framework. That means that you can re-model and re-combine your Redox-Flow cells in new ways as you develop your research. Combine for instance our X-Cell with PEEK flow body and metal current collector on the anode side with a graphite cathode side from our S-Cell.

The traditional Japanese structure exhibited an unexpected heat transfer phenomenon in silicon. It is easy to imagine that there is anisotropic heat conduction, but it was totally unexpected that it reverses in the temperature range. We observed the anisotropy reversal of the material thermal conductivity from 1.2 at 300 K to 0.8 at 4 K, with the reversal temperature of 80 K mediated by the transition from a diffusive to a quasi-ballistic regime. #semiconductor #thermalmanagement #phonon #ACSNano https://lnkd.in/gyTpDjGQ
