I want to take a moment to, once again, congratulate Heidi Burgess, PhD on walking across the stage to receive her Doctoral degree this evening! What a HUGE accomplishment! Heidi has only been with my company as Operations Manager for a couple of weeks, but she has been a tremendous help already! We are so fortunate to have her on our team. She is a genius at understanding people and processes and how to make them all work more efficiently and be happy while they are doing it. I just can't say enough about her talent and what a good human she is. Heidi, we are with you in spirit, cheering when your name is called! Have so much fun as you celebrate this milestone!
