Stop adding too many interview stages to your recruitment process 😜 I understand you want to hire the best, but this list I found on Reddit shows how adding more steps can be harmful 😅 Some tips 👇 🍀 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐱 (including the recruiter phone screen); otherwise, candidates will get bored and drop out, and other companies with shorter processes will beat you on speed. 🤖 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬: one hard skills (technical) interview, one culture & motivations round, and one soft skills interview. ⏰ 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝 60-90 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐱 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰.
