Just 2 more weeks left to wrap up cohort 3 of Sourcing Camp! 🎯 Here’s what we got up to this week👇🏽: Tobi Dogunro kicked things off with a pair sourcing session, where he shared multiple sourcing strategies for finding qualified candidates. It was a collaborative effort as everyone on the call had the opportunity to exchange feedback and ideas with one another. On Wednesday, Marie-Therese Oke walked us through best practices for candidate outreach, outreach benchmarks, tools for finding candidates' emails, and tips for nurturing relationships. It was an informative session aimed at refining our approach to candidate engagement. As always, Thursday was dedicated to putting theory into practice. Marie guided us through real-world experience in implementing candidate engagement strategies. Overall, we got valuable insights and practical experience aimed at enhancing our sourcing and engagement capabilities. We’re proud of everyone for their participation so far.
