I'm thrilled to share that Vantage Facilitators has secured the consulting contract to collaborate with and support the Recycling Council of Alberta (RCA) Board in crafting a visionary 5-year Strategic Plan! The Recycling Council of Alberta stands as a beacon in the environmental non-profit sector, boasting a membership of over 350 individuals dedicated to advancing waste reduction and recycling efforts. With foresight and wisdom, the RCA's Board has recognized the imperative to reimagine the future and chart a course that not only meets but exceeds expectations, with a keen eye on the horizon of 2030. In an era of rapid industry and regulatory evolution, the RCA's mission to champion a Circular Economy in Alberta resonates deeply. Guided by the principles of waste reduction and resource conservation, the RCA endeavors to safeguard our environment through a consultative approach, fostering collaboration with committees, partners, and stakeholders alike, all while adhering to the esteemed 3Rs hierarchy. At Vantage Facilitators, we're overjoyed at the opportunity to collaborate with the RCA, an organization poised to enact transformative change for a sustainable future. Today, I had the pleasure of kicking off our partnership with Executive Director Jennifer Koole, and I must say, her passion and vision have only amplified my excitement for this project. Together, let's embark on this journey of innovation and environmental stewardship. The future is bright, and with our collective efforts, we'll undoubtedly make a meaningful impact. #Recycling #Sustainability #Collaboration #StrategicPlanning #EnvironmentalLeadership

Can cotton really make a difference in someone’s life? It can. With your help. Through the Cotton Lives On™ programme, we divert old cottons away from landfill and transform it into new things like recycled denim pads for roll mat mattresses. Then the magic really happens… The roll mats made from old cottons given to the Cotton Lives On™ programme are then provided to various charities, including Shelter. Shelter fights to end the devastating impact the housing emergency has on people and communities. We’re privileged to work closely with Shelter and help make a difference to people's lives. Having something comfortable to sleep on can have an incredible impact on someone’s life. Through the Cotton Lives On™ recycling programme we’re determined to keep helping people and the planet, one waste cotton garment and offcut at a time. Be part of something meaningful. - Pop us a message and see how easy it is to get started on https://lnkd.in/eU6vccJc - Now imagine how your old cottons can make a difference.
