Our SmartCycle® Pro #shrinksleeve label films is recognize as PET and therfore will drive more PET bottles to be #recycled but as it is also produced with 30% post-consumer recycled content, certified by #recyclass, it also help to #closetheloop ! #circulareconomy, #kpfilmshttps://ow.ly/O5c830sCbm0
We at kp are committed to improve recyclabiltiy, where it's in doubt. By driving out questionable labeling formats to recycling friendly solutions, we commit to not only reduce risks of contamination in recycling, but also aim to increase sortability & recycling yields by a mono-material solution.
Our SmartCycle sleeves are detected as PET and drive PET bottles into the right streams. When combined with specially developed washable inks (particles coming off) this label further reduces discoloration and improves rPET quality. The left over SmartCycle labels further are fully compatible with regular rPET for bottle production.
This concept is wildly accepted in North & South America and we've done two recycling studies at European pilot scale commercial recycling lines, which prove the system works, doesn't add NIAS and is not a concerning pollutant to wash/waste water.
Make the right move and chose a more circular solution now for your outstanding shrink sleeve labeling experience!

It’s #EarthDay 2024. It’s time to understand the stakes, and time to get serious about protecting the environment. The good news? Over 650 companies work with TemperPack to use recyclable and compostable packaging that doesn’t have to go to a landfill. The other good news? There’s time to do even more. Check out our 2023 Impact Report.

How do you communicate recycling communication strategies?
During last week’s webinar, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority’s Michelle Whitfield explained some of the dos and don’ts of recycling communication.
The webinar covered the changes local authorities in England have to make as part of the Simpler Recycling Reforms across England.

Did you know that GreenBlue Org's How2Recycle® (H2R) standards and labels are changing? ♻️
This week at Sustainable Packaging Coalition (SPC) Advance, our friend Paul Nowak, Executive Director of GreenBlue, spoke on the launch of the How2Recycle Forward campaign.
Paul Stated:
"The How2Recycle Forward campaign isn't just about a label—it's not even just about recycling. It's about changing our relationship to disposal to drive better environmental outcomes. The How2Recycle program has the base, the reach, and the drive we need to create a more circular economy and cleaner environment for generations to come."
The photo below capture by our very own Drew Felty shows the new labels.
What are your thoughts on the new labels? We would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
